The short version: try it free, pay only if it's working for you, stop whenever you want, and your data stays yours. Please check each packing list before you send it.

The service

PackTally is an app for making packing lists with box weights, used in a web browser on phones, tablets and computers. "We" means PackTally. "You" means the company using it and the people it invites.

Free trial

New companies can try PackTally free for 60 days. No credit card is needed. When the trial ends, you can choose a plan or simply stop. Nothing is charged automatically.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown on our website. We invoice monthly or yearly, as you choose.
You can stop at any time. We won't charge you for any month after you stop.
If an invoice isn't paid, we may make the account read-only (you can still see and download your packing lists) until it's paid.
We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of your plan.

Your data

Your packing lists, customers and products belong to you. We use them only to provide PackTally to you, as described in our privacy policy.
Admins can download a full backup at any time. If you stop using PackTally, we'll delete your company's data within 30 days of your request.

Your responsibilities

Check your packing lists. PackTally adds up and converts the weights you type, but you're responsible for the weights, lots and other details being correct before you send a packing list to anyone.
Keep your logins private, and only invite people who should see your company's data. Remove people who leave.
Use PackTally only for lawful business purposes, and don't try to access other companies' data or disrupt the service.

Availability

We work to keep PackTally running and your data safe, and the app keeps working on your devices even without internet. But we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. PackTally is provided "as is". Keep the PDF or Excel files you send, and download a backup from time to time.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or shipping disputes, that come from using PackTally. Our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell account admins about important changes.
You can stop using PackTally at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after letting you know when possible.
