Good to know
Do we need internet in the warehouse?
No. After the first time it's opened, PackTally works without internet. Everything you type is saved on the device and syncs when there's a connection again. Starting a new packing list needs a quick connection so two people never get the same number.
What devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Mac and Windows computers, in any modern browser. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.
Can it look like our current packing list?
It uses the standard layout most customers know: shipper, ship to, remarks, carrier sticker box and a table of box weights in lbs and KG, with your logo. Tell us what your current form looks like during the trial.
Who can see our packing lists?
Only the people you invite. Each company's data is kept separate and private, and every login needs a confirmed email address.
What if we stop using it?
You can download a full backup of your packing lists, customers and products at any time, and every packing list you sent is already a PDF or Excel file you keep.
What happens after the free trial?
If it's working for you, pick a plan and we'll send an invoice. If not, nothing happens. There's no card on file and nothing to cancel.
